Holiday Gift Guide: Give the gift of the Dove Channel this holiday season!

*Disclosure: I received access to this channel to review it for myself. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

We all have them. Those people that are impossible to shop for. They have everything already and coming up with a creative gift idea is super challenging. How about giving the gift of entertainment? Specifically, how about a subscription to the Dove Channel? Here's a bit about this channel, from information that I was provided with:

Dove Channel is a whole new way to watch TV.  For $4.99 a month, Dove Channel has more than 900 hours of TV and movies—all stories that will delight, inspire and challenge your family, reinforcing good values, celebrating triumphs and lifting spirits. And all the programs have been vetted by The Dove Foundation to ensure they are family friendly.
The kids and I have a habit of sitting down together to watch something on Friday evenings, but it isn't always easy to find something that's appropriate for 6 and 8 year olds and that Mommy will enjoy as well. So we were happy to get the chance to try out Dove Channel. I really appreciated that listings for the shows don't just include information about the plot, but also what age the show is appropriate for, a review, and detailed information on any violence, language, sexuality, drugs and nudity. There aren't many of these things in Dove Channel shows, but the information is there to check out before you watch a show. There's a nice assortment of classic shows and feel-good movies on the Dove Channel, as well as lots of Bible-based shows. And right now the Dove Channel has all sorts of Christmas movies to watch as well!

Monthly subscriptions to the Dove Channel are only $4.99, making this an affordable gift as well. Happy watching!
