Holiday Gift Guide 2015: The Nature Coloring Book

*Disclosure: I received this product to review for myself. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

I've been hearing for a while now about the new phenomenon of adult coloring books, but I'd not had the chance to experience it for myself until recently. But now I have a couple of fantastic new coloring books designed for adults, including The Nature Coloring Book. Here's a bit about this book, from the publisher's website:

Feathers and flowers, fish and fauna, this coloring book gives you a wide range of images from nature to fill in with your own choice of colors. Use these designs as inspiration for stenciling, crafts, or even tattoos! Markers, crayons, pencils, or any medium you choose bring these beautiful nature designs to life. Coloring can be relaxing and meditative, so find your inner artist and create something wonderful!

This isn't a coloring book like the ones that my kids have. No flimsy paper here, just crisp white sheets. They're printed only on one side, so if you remove a page to show it off, no worries about losing another image. I like the wide range of pictures in here- animals, flowers, patterns, birds... all styles and shapes of pictures to spark your coloring imagination. I've had to hide my books and my colored pencils from my 6-year-old, since she wants to color them too, but they're all mine! I really like this book and think it would be a wonderful holiday gift!
