DVD review: Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection 8

*Disclosure: I received a copy of this DVD to review for myself. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

As I mentioned in a previous post, my family just returned from a fabulous trip to the Caribbean. There is one drawback to traveling to the Caribbean from Seattle though- it's a very long way. Especially if you are traveling with two little kids. Which is where electronic entertainment comes in- specifically our DVD player and lots of DVDs. Fortunately, just before we left we received a new DVD set- Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection 8. Here's a bit about it, from a press release that I received:
That wascally wabbit and the rest of the Looney Tunes gang are back to entertain cartoon lovers in Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s (WBHE) release of Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection Volume 8, available in stores May 13, 2014. This treasury of classic cartoons is comprised of 30 legendary shorts that will captivate both kids and adults alike. All shorts are re-mastered and restored for dazzling picture and sound quality.

This collection has three disks containing over three hours of fun and laughter! My family laughed and enjoyed all the antics of the characters on the shows. I like that the shows are individually short, so it all kept my kids' attention.  Also, this made it easy to find stopping points when we needed to take a break from our DVD watching.

Whether you're looking for entertainment for an upcoming trip or just want a new Looney Tunes DVD for your home DVD library, this is a great collection! It's available for purchase now.
