Review: Uh Oh Bands- Safety Wristbands for Kids!

*Disclosure: I received a sample of this product to review. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

Back last year, my family took our first trip to Disneyland.  It was a wonderful time for all of us, with one small exception. We lost our then 4-1/2-year old son for about 15 minutes. It was a classic case of too many adults (we had run into some friends) and everyone thinking the kid was with someone else. The minutes between realizing he was missing and finding him were some of the longest ones in our life.

There is one easy way that we could have shortened our ordeal- by making sure that Ethan had our cell phone numbers somewhere on his person.  Recently I found out about a great new product that makes it simple and easy for kids to show their parents' phone numbers if they get lost- Uh Oh Bands.

These are great little silicone wristbands that your kids can just slip on and wear when you're in a situation where they could get lost.  There is a white area to write your phone number on. Just tell your child to show the band to an adult if he or she is lost, and a phone call will reunite you! You can even get a glow-in-the-dark band for wearing in situations like trick-or-treating!

If your child has allergies, you can also get an Uh Oh band for that!

My kids love these bands and immediately put them on after I opened the package. I like that the silicone is nice and thick, so my kids can't snap them by pulling on the bands.  Very high-quality.  They will definitely be going in our luggage for our next trip to a theme park!
