My family loves yogurt, and our fridge is generally stocked with lots of different flavors and types of yogurt.  For myself, I've been generally buying greek yogurt, since I like the texture and the amount of protein that it provided. Recently I found out about a new product from Yoplait- Greek 100 Yogurt. Everything I love about greek yogurt and only 100 calories.  That's a great combo!

When I heard about Yoplait Greek 100, I expected it to be a fairly small serving, so was pleasantly surprised when my yogurt arrived.  I thought the amount of yogurt was great for 100 calories, and that it was a great size for either breakfast or for a mid-afternoon snack. Oh, and it was yummy too! Yoplait Greek 100 comes in six flavors: vanilla, peach, strawberry, mixed berry, key lime and black cherry.
