Review: Alexia Foods

We discovered Alexia Foods a few years back at at local vegetarian festival, and since then we've been big fans of all the Alexia products that we've tried.  We love that they are all natural and are made with quality ingredients- and they're delicious! Earlier this month we had the chance to review two Alexia products that we'd not tried before, the Sweet Potato Puffs and the Focaccia. Here's a bit about these two products:

Crispy outside. Soft inside. Sweet all around. It’s the next deliciously logical step for the great sweet potato.

Asiago, parmesan and romano cheeses are combined with extra virgin olive oil and basil to bring you rolls typically found at specialty bakeries.

Vivian and I particularly liked the Sweet Potato Puffs. They're like little tiny tater tots, made of sweet potatoes. I loved the taste and the texture and the small size. Daniel wasn't as crazy about them- he said they were good, but he still prefers the sweet potato fries.  More for me!

We all agreed that the Focaccia was really delicious. It was easy to warm up and made a really nice addition to our dinner. For the first dinner when we tried these, I made just enough for Daniel and I. Big mistake- the kids kept asking for bigger and bigger pieces. Eventually I had to get up and make more so that we all got as much as we wanted. We will definitely be purchasing these rolls again.
