Review and giveaway: Marzetti Caramel Dip

Autumn has definitely arrived in Seattle, and that means lots of days with grey, drizzly skies. And my typical response to grey, drizzly weather is to hole up inside my house and eat snacks.  Lately I've been trying to make sure that my house is stocked with healthy snacks, like fresh fruit, so that my snacking habit doesn't result in a 100 pound weight gain over this winter. Recently I got a product to help me out with my healthy snacking- Marzetti Old Fashioned Caramel Dip!

I've been seeing this dip next to the fruit in my grocery stores forever, but for some reason it had never made its way into my cart before.  I'm so glad that I finally got the chance to try it out- it's really yummy!  And when I put a small amount of caramel dip on my plate alongside my apple or pear or whatever other fruit I've purchased, I feel like I'm having a decadent treat! Marzetti also suggests using the caramel dip with pound cake or other cake- I think that would be a really delicious, really simple dessert idea!

In addition to the Old Fashioned Caramel Dip, Marzetti also makes several other types of caramel dip including: Light Caramel, Peanut Butter Caramel, Sweet and Salty Caramel, Fat Free Caramel and Cinnamon Caramel.  I'm definitely going to be keeping an eye out for the Sweet and Salty Caramel Dip- sounds divine!

Marzetti also makes lots of other dips including Greek Yogurt Veggie Dips, Veggie Dips, Hummus Veggie .Dips and Fruit Dips. You can check out the entire line of products at this website. The Marzetti website also has lots of ideas for recipes and uses for their products, if you're going to be entertaining, it's definitely a good site to check out.

Right now,  Marzetti is giving away $75,000 in prizes with their Lucky Pick Instant Win Game. You  can enter to win by picking up a specially marked tub of Marzetti Old Fashioned Caramel Dip; if you get a lucky pick, you can head over to www.marzetti.com/luckypick/ to enter your code and claim your prize.

Disclosure: I received a coupon to use to purchase Marzetti Caramel Dip and try it for myself. I also received two coupons to give away. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

I like caramel apples but don't like to melt the caramel myself - too messy. This is great and easy for snacks!

I have never made caramel apples myself, but they really epitomize the fall season to me. I'd love to make them for my family, and this would be the easiest (and probably tastiest) way to do that!

Thanks!
