Review: Aqueduck Faucet Extender

A friend of mine (who has two small kids of her own) was visiting my home one day earlier this week. Before we headed out on a walk, she went into the kids' bathroom and immediately upon entering the room I heard her exclaim "oh my goodness, that's so cool!" Her exclamations were about a new product that my kids have been using- the Aqueduck Faucet Extender. Here's a bit about the Aqueduck, from some information that I received:
Teaching kids good hygiene habits like washing their hands is crucial at a young age. But since they have such a hard time reaching the faucet, it can be a struggle. Now there’s finally a solution that actually brings the water closer to them.
Aqueduck by Peachy, LLC is a super new parenting solution to make hand washing easier for kids. Rather than lifting your little one up, or leaving a stool in your home bathroom, Aqueduck solves the problem by brining the water closer to kids!  You just slip it onto the faucet and viola, the water is extended several inches, helping your little ones reach it all on their own. Its compact and lightweight design makes it great for on the go! Aqueduck comes in colors for both boys and girls.

Aqueduck falls into my favorite category of products- it's a simple parent-invented device that addresses a real need. And it's incredibly easy to use- I just opened the package and slid it on my faucet and we had it in use within seconds!  We've mainly been using it at home, since Vivian is still a bit short to reach the water, even with a stool, and it's been great to have here. No more lifting up my toddler every time she needs to wash her hands! The Aqueduck can also easily be used when you're out and about. It's lightweight and flexible, easy to put on and remove again, and fits onto most faucets.

The Aqueduck is a great product, and my kids have been having a great time using it while they wash their hands. The only drawback that I have found with the Aqueduck is that my kids love it a little too much, and I often find them playing in the water in their bathroom sink when they're supposed to be doing something else!

The Aqueduck is available in two colors, either aqua or pink. For more information on the Aqueduck or to purchase, visit the website at this link.

Disclosure: I received this product to review for myself, thanks to the Family Review Network and Aqueduck. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.
