Review: Infantino Savvy Bag Baby Changing Clutch

Thanks to Mom Central and Infantino, I've had the opportunity to review a number of great products. The last product that I'll be reviewing as an Infantino Test Drive Mom is the Savvy Bag Baby Changing Clutch. And it couldn't have showed up at a better time!

Now that my son is in preschool, I'm out and about more with just my daughter. So I don't always need my giant purse full of stuff, but I do still need to pack a few vital items. The Savvy Bag is just what I need! Here's some information on it, from the Infantino website:
The Savvy Bag's slim & smart design has an ingenious removable pad that gives baby a clean & comfy changing or sitting area - wherever you go. Parks, picnics, cruising around town or big travels - you'll be ready to roam.
  • On-the-go tote with fold-out changing pad
  • Smart design stows all your essentials
  • Water-resistant pad turns any spot into a clean & comfy changing area
  • Fold-out changing pad detaches from clutch

Trying to find Mommy's wallet inside

In addition to being useful, this bag is cute! I love bags that don't scream "diaper bag!" The Savvy Bag is a great size for outings with my daughter- big enough for some diapers, wipes, wallet, and a few snacks, but not bulky or heavy.  The strap is adjustable, which is a nice feature.  Everything is high quality and really durable.

The changing pad is very securely fastened to the bag, but is easy to unsnap if needed.  I like that the changing pad stays neatly folded up and secured to the side of the bag when not in use, without taking up storage space inside the bag. Nice, strong, magnets keep the bag closed.   My only minor complaint was that, when trying to get something out of my bag with one hand, if I opened the bag too far, the changing pad would unfold on its own. This is by no means a problem that makes me want to stop using the bag, just is something I had to get used to.

Ready for a diaper change

She found the wallet! This photo shows the unwanted changing pad unfolding issue that I mentioned. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.

Overall, I really like this bag and have been enjoying using it. It's practical and sturdy and cute- perfect combination! I look forward to continuing to use this bag on many outings in the future.

Everything tucked neatly back in

"Let's go, Mommy!"
