Review: Celebrations by Radko Ornaments

A few weeks ago I participated in a Twitter party thrown by  And, after about 20 minutes of ignoring my kids' pleas for dinner (darned East Coast evening start time! That's dinner time here!), I finally was a winner of a party swag bag! I eagerly awaited the arrival of my box, and when it came, I was not disappointed.

The highlight of my prize was definitely the set of three glass ornaments from the Celebrations by Radko collection (available at Sears).  Nestled inside a pretty velvet box were three ornaments- the 25th anniversary Santa ornament, the Nostalgia Glass Gingerbread Man, and the Snowman. I told the person at that having such nice, fancy ornaments made me feel like a real grownup!

Santa and the Snowman

The Gingerbread Man

Amusingly enough, my tree is only 2 feet tall, so I had to put these ornaments up around my tree, rather than on it.  They still look very nice and very festive!

Each of these ornaments is made of 98% glass and 2% metal and measures around 5 inches in height. They're all so nicely made, with bright colors and lots of intricate details.  In addition to the ornaments that I received, there are tons of other options including pretty glass balls, other Santas and snowmen and gingerbread men, teddy bears, stockings, penguins, nutcrackers, churches and more.  If you collect ornaments or are looking for a nice ornament to get for a friend or relative, you should definitely check out the Celebrations by Radko line out.

Happy decorating!

Disclosure: I received these ornaments thanks to Sears and Celebrations by Radko as part of a prize pack from I was under no obligation to blog about my ornaments, was compensated in no other way for this post, and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.
