Review: Moo G Clips

A few weeks ago I received a lovely email from Anna-Aliza, the incredibly creative woman behind Moo G Clips.  She told me about her company, Moo G Clips, and I was excited to hear that it was my absolute favorite type of company- a local Seattle-area business started by a mom! When I went to the Moo G website and looked at all the darling hair accessories, I quickly emailed Anna-Aliza back and said "yes, please!" to her offer to send some hair clips for Vivian and I to review.

Here are a few pictures of Vivian with her new hair clips:

(this one I'm seriously considering stealing from Vivian to wear in my hair!)

Aren't those just the cutest? Vivian does have a lot of hair, thanks to her Daddy's side of the family, but unfortunately it's fairly fine in texture, thanks to me.  So keeping hair clips in her hair is often a challenge. Thankfully, these alligator clips (like most of the ones in the pictures above) have a nice no-slip strip on them that helps the clip stay in place and they all stayed put nicely, even the larger clips. According to the Moo G website, in addition to the no-slip grip, the hair clips are made of ribbon that has been treated to prevent fraying.

Moo G Clips are available in over 100 ribbon choices, and if you don't see just what you want, you can also special order something at no extra charge. In addition to the clips and snaps that Vivian is modeling above, Moo G also sells bands, bows and hangers for keeping all your hair accessories organized.  I think these hair accessories would be a great purchase for the girl in your life- they are pretty and well-made and you have so many options to choose from!

So, take a look at Moo G Clips- I think you'll like what you see there!

Disclosure: I received hair accessories to review for myself, but was not compensated in any other way. All opinions expressed here are mine and mine alone.
