Yesterday Vivian turned 11 months old- so that meant it was time for me to take her monthly "how much has she grown picture". I've been taking these every month since she was born.  For a while it was easy to keep track of which photo went with what month, but lately it's been hard to remember. Whenever I get ready to sort through the pile of photos and put things in albums, I always have to go back to my computer and look at when I took which picture, and then count on my fingers to figure out which month we were celebrating!

I really, really wish I'd found Picky Sticky earlier- this is the solution to my problem!  This is a wonderful, mom-invented product that I was introduced to through MomMadeThat.com (a site I love!, thanks for this review opportunity!) Picky Sticky is totally brilliant- instead of buying a custom shirt or writing your baby's age on a paper or just forgetting your baby's age, you can buy a set of decals from Picky Sticky, put the appropriate one on any onesie or shirt that your child owns, and voila- a custom shirt, perfect for photos! And the decal is easy to remove at the end of the day with no damage to the shirt underneath.

The decal was easy to use- and it stayed put on Vivian's shirt all day.  Then at the end of the day, we just took off the decal and her shirt was back to normal! I uploaded some of these pictures to Facebook and have already gotten a bunch of comments- not just on Vivian's cuteness, but on what a good idea her shirt is! 

At Picky Sticky you can get decals for boys or girls, decals to celebrate months or years, or quarter years for the second year of life (1 1/4, 1 1/2, etc.), stickers with the names of the months, and even belly stickers for the mom-to-be to wear on her shirt for her pregnancy progress photos! I think the decals are really reasonably priced, especially as compared with a custom shirt or iron-on. Each decal is 4" in diameter and made of transparent sticky paper.  You can shop for these decals at Picky Sticky or at the Picky Sticky Etsy shop.
