Do you shop at TJ Maxx and Marshalls?

My husband and I both grew up in families that watched every penny very closely. This turned out to be a great thing when we got married- we had a nice wedding on a small budget and we furnished our home in a similar manner. And, when we go shopping, we both automatically head for the sale rack!  We also love to shop at places like Marshalls and TJ Maxx as often as possible.  It's been funny to watch these things that we've always done becoming more popular with everyone else. We say that we went from "cheap" to "frugal" without changing a thing!

I really hope you all are already shopping at places like Marshalls and TJ Maxx. If you're not, you should be! According to a press release that I read today, these stores offer the same merchandise as department stores, at prices that are 60% lower. I've definitely found this to be true in my experiences shopping there- cute fashions for a lot less than in other stores!

Keep this in mind as you get ready to shop for your Easter dresses and spring wardrobes. I've just had a chance to look at some pictures of the newest fashion trends and they're cute! I'm thrilled to see that the "pretty and polished" look is going to be one of the big looks this spring- I love ultra-feminine clothes!

These are two of my favorites from the spring fashion trend photos:

Don't you just love that ruffled sweater?

And I think this dress is just darling!

This swimsuit motivates me to stick to my diet. And makes me anxious for summer to get here!

So, if there's shopping in your future, make sure to stop by TJ Maxx and Marshalls to see what they have in the stores!

Disclosure: I received no product and no compensation for this post.  I just received some information and felt like passing on pictures of some cute clothes!
