Review and giveaway (closed): Fiber One yogurt (and $50 Safeway gift card!)

Dieting is kind of my obsession this week, so I'm extra excited to blog about anything that's helped me out in my quest to stay on track with my food choices. My particular area of struggle is snack food, and I'm always looking for great foods that I can grab and eat when hunger strikes mid-day, without totally putting my diet offtrack.

So it was great timing for me to get a coupon this week for Fiber One yogurt, along with a $50 gift certificate to Safeway to help me stock up on Fiber One yogurt. My husband, Daniel, came home on Friday and actually was scared by the amount of yogurt piled up in the fridge.

I'm a big fan of Fiber One yogurt. It's 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber per cup, as well as 0 grams of fat. The serving size isn't really big enough to satisfy my hunger for breakfast, but it's a perfect size for snacks during the day.  I tried the vanilla, peach, and strawberry flavors, and all were yummy- tasting just like the yogurts that I usually eat.  You definitely can't taste the fact that there is 5 grams of fiber in the cup of yogurt!
