Please, please read the extra entries rules carefully!

Today I've been having to go through and remove a ton of entries into a bunch of my giveaways, since they were not done properly.  Please read the rules carefully, they DO differ from giveaway to giveaway. I've been keeping them a little more consistent lately, but some of the older giveaways in particular have different rules than the newer ones.
