I just got an email today from someone who won a prize several weeks ago and still hasn't received it. If this happens to you- please, feel free to email me and I'll work on getting an answer for you. Almost all prizes come directly from the sponsors, so give it 2-3 weeks, but if you haven't seen the prize by then, let me know.
