Review: Parents Kitty Keyboard

Our kids got a lot of great presents this year for Christmas from friends and family, and one of the favorites was this Kitty Keyboard. This is the Cadillac of keyboards- it does everything!

The two buttons on the kitty's cheeks give you the option of having the keyboard play songs itself- either just instrumental music or a song about cats. On the left side of the keyboard is the option for the sound effects of the keys- you can make different instrument sounds including piano, bells, organ or banjo- or you can make choose the "meow" sound effect! On the right is the option for the background beat.  With the microphone your child can sing along to the music. And there's a record option to record the music that your child is playing and the keyboard will play it back to him or her.

My personal favorite option is the volume button, which I believe is an absolute MUST on any kids' toy.  I have to admit, sometimes I get a little tired of hearing the kitty songs over and over and over, but it's a toy that keeps Ethan entertained for up to 15 minutes at a time, which is huge for a 2 1/2 year old, and a totally wonderful thing for me! And when Ethan loses interest and wanders off, the keyboard will wait a couple of minutes, then start purring and shut itself off. Too funny!

If you have a child who loves music, definitely put this keyboard on your must-buy list!

My kids having lots of fun with their keyboard

I was not compensated for this post- just wanted to rave about a fun product that my kids got for Christmas!
